Anastacia WaldenAnastacia has been involved in Speed Dating events and facilitating singles meet-ups for over two years. She is actively involved in the LGBTQ community in her personal and professional life. She brings her writing, artistic, and communication skills to Roots. She designed the Roots logo and is the Head Writer for the website. Truly connecting with people is Anastacia’s passion. With her natural talent of combining empathy with listening, she supports her clients in meeting the person they have been dreaming of. With a background in midwifery and pelvic health, counseling, and health education, she incorporates her talents as a Relationship Coach to merge compatible people. She enjoys making art with found objects, exercising outside, home renovations, cooking delicious organic foods, practicing yoga, kayaking, and traveling. Writing is one of Anastacia's greatest passions. On her off-days from matchmaking, you will find her writing on her expansive back porch, always with hot tea or chilled kombucha in hand, to keep the creative juices flowing. Anastacia’s goal is to bring people together for love and friendship and then help them gain the skills needed to keep the momentum going. |
Ashley KennedyAshley puts her heart and soul into matchmaking, planning single’s events, and keeping Roots organized. She brings her talents behind the scenes, with her mad coding skills. Ashley designed the Roots website and ensures that all of the fillable forms function properly. Ashley brings a long-standing history of customer service and people skills to Roots. With twelve years-experience working with people, her communication is superb. She is incredibly organized. She enjoys creating spreadsheets and coming up with new and better systems for the company to store and organize information. She is authentic and real and works well with people of all backgrounds and years of wisdom. She has a way of being professional while really getting to know clients and staff personally. She is direct, funny, and warm which is appreciated by those working with her and is reflected in her reviews. She has a green thumb, is an animal lover, and finds peace in nature. Her guilty pleasure is high heels. She plays violin and piano – Anastacia is trying to convince her to give a mini-performance LIVE one of these days! |
